Once you have created a database of information, that information can be send to a word processing document. Microsoft Word 2007's help menu offers a great video tutorial. You can access the tutorial by clicking here, or from Microsoft Word, click on the help icon in the upper right corner of the screen (blue question mark), search for "mail merge", and select the fourth option "Demo: Merge Access data with Word"
